User-Generated Content (UGC)
(a) You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TNWEC, along with its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, and assigns (collectively referred to as the “Indemnified Parties”), from any claims, lawsuits, proceedings, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, reasonable legal and accounting fees (even for suits or proceedings initiated by third parties) related to (a) your access to or use of UGC, (b) your User Content, or (c) your violation of any of these Terms.
(b) Without restricting any of the provisions mentioned above, you also agree to indemnify each of the Indemnified Parties against all forms of damages, liabilities, claims, actions, demands, and expenses of any kind, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, revealed or concealed, that arise from or are related to these UGC Terms of Use.
